Domaine Tissot Savagnin Ouille '20

We like to call this a "baby vin jaune" because there is a nice balance between nuttiness yet the wine still retains fruit. Think manzanilla, but not fortified. 2019 is ripe, complex yet delicate.  It spent 36 months under flor, or sous voile.
