Les Capriades Pet Sec

This is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay with a splash of Menu Pineau fermented completely dry and disgorged in May. Made naturally by Pascal Potaire and Moses Gaddouche in Touraine, who only make Pet Nats (!). Crisp and bright with crushed pears and citrus, nice firm bubbles and a mouthwatering finish.
