Elisabetta Pala founded Mora e Memo in 2013, in the rolling hills of southeastern Sardinia, surrounded by the Sette Fratelli peaks and limestone soils dotted with olive trees and Mediterranean flora. The combination of mature vineyards, minimal intervention, and a delicate hand in the cellar results in wines that are elegant and vibrant very different from the rustic Sardinian norm. The Tino is everything you want on a warm weekend: grapefruit, lemon zest, rosemary, and thyme, with a round, textured palate and fresh acidity on the finish. Salt air in a glass.
