Bonny Doon Vineyard Le Cigare Blanc 2024

The white Cigare is Randall Grahm's California answer to white Châteauneuf. Roughly equal parts Grenache Blanc and Vermentino, fermented in stainless steel with frequent lees stirring for texture. Fresh, restrained, and textural, apricot, crushed stone, salted almond, and white grapefruit, with a chalky mineral finish. Bright, food-driven, and seriously underpriced for what's in the glass.
