"Brisa Suave" means gentle breeze, and this wine delivers exactly that. Made by Quinta das Arcas, an estate founded in the 1980s in the Minho with a long commitment to sustainable farming, the rosé is made from Espadeiro and Touriga Nacional the traditional red varieties of the region and bottled in a liter because some wines just deserve more room. Crisp, slightly effervescent, with strawberry, pink grapefruit, and a hint of raspberry it's the bottle you open before anyone asks what you're drinking and finish before the sun goes down.
