From Saint Philip, Barbados. Aged 12 years in ex bourbon barrels. Inviting aromas of toasted coconut, nutmeg, and milk chocolate precede a palate which echoes the nose with the addition banana chips, vanilla, and papaya; brown butter, guava, and toasted hazelnut round out the finish
