David Hirsch created Bohan Dillon as an homage to the great village wines of Burgundy  full of place and personality, made with the same care as his top bottlings, at a price that makes it accessible. A blend of three West Sonoma Coast sites; Hirsch, Hellenthal, and the storied Heintz Ranch. Hand harvested, fermented in small open top tanks, and aged in French oak. Cranberry, fresh raspberry, sweet florals, and a whisper of coastal herbs, nothing overpowers. A touch of minerality, tart red fruit, and mouthwatering acidity all the way through. West Sonoma Coast Pinot at its most elegant and honest.
