Kubler Verte Suisse Absinthe 375ml

The Kübler family kept their original 1863 recipe alive through nearly a century of Swiss prohibition by producing it under the guise of a medicinal elixir. A bold nose of bright mint, sweet fennel, and chamomile tea; a multi dimensional palate of baking spice, peppermint, and anise, fresh and citrusy to toasted and warming, lasting long into the finish. Each bottle is vintage dated, in limited production. Serve the traditional way: slowly over ice water with a sugar cube and watch the louche bloom.
