La Pépièrie Les Gras Moutons 2023

Les Gras Moutons is a lieu dit on a windy, south-facing slope in the Muscadet cru of Monnières-Saint Fiacre, acquired by Marc Ollivier in 2006 and farmed biodynamically ever since. Fermented with natural yeasts, and aged nine months on the lees in underground cement tanks.
