La Bidode in the heart of Pupillin one of the Jura's most storied terroirs. Sixty-year-old vines, hand harvested, aged two years in barrel before bottling. Honey, hazelnut, citrus, and ripe orchard fruit on the nose; firm, full acidity on the palate with concentrated apple and lemon, closing on a long mineral finish. Old-school Jura at its most pure.
