This is drawn from the 7 villages where Jean Marc has holdings, and is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir in descending percentages. This is a bright and happy Champagne with a nose of sugar plums, lemon oil, white flowers, just there savory herbs and a mineral note. The palate is focused and moderate in weight with plum, lemon oil, and mineral kept clean.
